Aboday Architect

Founded in late 2005 by three partners in Jakarta, with international projects exposure in major Asian cities such as Singapore, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and China with their former offices. The practice provides full service of design, in the scale of millimeter to kilometer, and has evolved substantially in the last 5 years, span from architecture, interior and creative works.

Their latest works include Morrissey - boutique Hotel at Wahid Hasyim, Menteng in 2010, Play House, Architectural Record award winning house in 2010, and National Museum 1st prize winning scheme in 2012.

Aboday's works always based on specific approach. The goal is to create specific building that harmoniously connects with its context and function. This is achieved through intensive dialogue as a solid foundation, thus creating mutual working environment among clients, consultants and builders as an excellent design process.

Most of their projects have been regularly featured in major architectural publication such as books and magazines, both local and international all over the world, from Australia, Asia, Europe, South America and as far as Russia. Their current project spread from Jakarta to Bali and several other major cities in Indonesia.

Aboday Arsitektur

Didirikan pada akhir tahun 2005 oleh tiga mitra di Jakarta , dengan paparan proyek-proyek internasional di kota-kota besar di Asia seperti Singapura , Bangkok , Kuala Lumpur , dan China dengan mantan kantor mereka . Aboday menyediakan layanan penuh dari desain , dalam skala milimeter sampai kilometer , dan telah berkembang secara substansial dalam 5 tahun terakhir , rentang dari arsitektur , karya interior dan kreatif .

Karya-karya terbaru mereka termasuk Morrissey - boutique Hotel di Wahid Hasyim , Menteng pada tahun 2010 , Bermain House, Arsitektur Rekam memenangkan penghargaan rumah pada tahun 2010 , dan pemenang pertama skema Museum Nasional pada tahun 2012 .

 Karya Aboday selalu didasarkan pada pendekatan khusus . Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan bangunan tertentu yang harmonis menghubungkan dengan konteks dan fungsinya . Hal ini dicapai melalui dialog intensif sebagai dasar yang kuat , sehingga menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang saling antara klien , konsultan dan pembangun sebagai proses desain yang sangat baik .

Sebagian besar proyek-proyek mereka telah teratur tampil dalam publikasi utama arsitektur seperti buku dan majalah , baik lokal maupun internasional di seluruh dunia , dari Australia , Asia , Eropa , Amerika Selatan dan sejauh Rusia . Proyek mereka saat ini menyebar dari Jakarta ke Bali dan beberapa kota besar lainnya di Indonesia

 # Alfred Bun

A graduate of Cornell University, Alfred has worked in the offices of Studios Architecture in NYC, and Gensler in Boston. His focus on creating environments for creative media and technology firms has led him from designing headquarters for Adidas and Nokia, to well known advertising and publishing companies throughout the United States. Most recently, he was a visiting lecturer for the Design and Environmental Analysis department at Cornell University. He currently lives and practices in Boston. Alfred believes strongly in the notion of creating a unique spatial narrative and story for each client, and states that the key to a successful environment is a close collaboration of the creative team, and the people who will be living, working, and using the space.

Lulusan dari Cornell University, Alfred telah bekerja di kantor Studios Arsitektur di NYC, dan Gensler di Boston. Fokus pada menciptakan lingkungan untuk media kreatif dan perusahaan teknologi telah membawanya dari merancang markas untuk Adidas dan Nokia, untuk iklan dan publishing perusahaan terkenal di seluruh Amerika Serikat. Baru-baru ini, ia adalah seorang dosen tamu untuk Desain dan departemen Analisis Lingkungan di Cornell University. Dia saat ini tinggal dan praktik di Boston. # Cerice Marcela
Cerise Marcela is a recent graduate from Cornell University who is currently pursuing her Masters degree in workplace design living in Ithaca, NY. Her academic, research, and design experiences at both the Pratt Institute and Cornell University give her a truly unique perspective as a designer. Cerise has worked for Perkins + Will in Chicago and has been involved in multiple freelance projects. Cerise believes in the notion of an active design that not only solaces but also empowers people, allowing for the full potential of human behavior in various types of social settings. This belief in design guides her as she works on her graduate degree in workplace design at Cornell.

Cerise Marcela adalah lulusan baru dari Cornell University yang saat ini sedang mengejar gelar master dalam desain tempat kerja,  tinggal di Ithaca, NY. Akademik, penelitian, dan pengalaman desain nya baik di Pratt Institute dan Cornell University memberinya perspektif yang benar-benar unik sebagai seorang desainer. Cerise telah bekerja untuk Perkins + Will di Chicago dan telah terlibat dalam beberapa proyek freelance.
